Neutralizing insulators to keep the error rate low is critical because insulators can easily become charged when in contact with other materials, even if those materials are grounded.
Charged insulators retain their charge for a long time because they do not provide a good path for static discharge, which can cause sensitive equipment to fail.
One of the most common and effective devices for removing charges from insulators is an ionizer. All corona-type ionizers require a power source to operate properly. Our innovative and unique Powerless ECO ionizer is an exception. It does not require any power source, but is driven by air pressure. Operation is very simple. Hold the ionizer and trigger the handle, air is distributed into the ionizer, and a special generator installed in the ionizer is automatically activated by the high-pressure air to produce positive and negative ions.
