ADI Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) Reference Design: A Key Control Solution for Liquid Cooling Systems

This reference design is built around the AD74416H with software-configurable SWIO channels, enabling the CDU to flexibly interface with a wide range of sensors and actuators while significantly reducing board space and bill-of-materials (BOM) costs. The system allows precise monitoring of coolant flow, pressure, and temperature, and supports modular scalability to meet the thermal management needs of various application scenarios.
