Description
Bonded seals are an integrated combination of metal washers and elastomer sealing lips.
When the bolted connection is tightened, the sealing lip is compressed against a flat surface. The thickness of the metal washer limits the deformation of the elastomer, eliminating any possibility of over-torque at the joint and ensuring a reliable sealing system.
