Sintered NdFeB (neodymium iron boron) is the third-generation rare earth permanent magnetic material. Due to its excellent magnetic properties, it is known as the "Magnetic King" and is currently the world's strongest permanent magnetic material. It is made by mixing neodymium, iron, boron and other trace elements into alloy powder, which is then crushed, formed under pressure and sintered at high temperature. Its main component is Nd₂Fe₁₄B. Due to its outstanding magnetic properties, sintered NdFeB is widely used in various devices that require high-intensity magnetic fields, such as motors and generators, magnetic levitation technology, magnetic separation equipment, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) medical devices, as well as consumer electronic products like headphones and hard disks.
