Super High Lead Ball Screws have double the lead of standard ball screws, meaning they move a greater distance per revolution.
Characteristics:
High speed: Due to the large lead, each revolution results in a longer travel distance, allowing for higher movement speeds, making it suitable for applications requiring fast linear motion.
High efficiency: The rolling friction of ball screws is low, and the high lead design increases transmission efficiency.
Precise positioning: Despite the high lead, they still maintain high positioning accuracy, making them suitable for applications requiring precise motion.
Lower driving force: Due to the low friction, the driving force required at the same speed is lower than that of ordinary screws.
