Gear Rack Series｜High-Precision Ground Gear Racks

Engineered for precision transmission, SUNUS gear racks are made from C45K steel (DIN 1.0503), offering excellent machinability and heat treatment stability.
All surfaces—including gear teeth and sides—are fully ground for optimal alignment and smooth installation. Gear teeth are hardened and ground to provide superior wear resistance and strength.
Manufactured to DIN 6h25 precision grade, maintaining strict tolerance control:
• Cumulative pitch error (GTf): 0.027 mm / 300 mm
• Adjacent pitch error (fp): ≤0.006 mm for module ≤3, ≤0.008 mm for module >3
20° pressure angle standard ensures high-load tolerance and excellent dynamic response—ideal for systems demanding high accuracy and transmission efficiency.
Available in module sizes M2 to M12, compatible with various servo drives and planetary gear reducers.
