Stepper-Controlled Proportional Valve 0~5000L/min

KaoLu's FC series Proportional Flow Control Valve uses a stepping motor with a driver as a proportional valve for electrical and mechanical conversion components. The driver converts the input analog signal into a motion speed, and then controls the displacement of screw nut of stepping motor to reach flow control.

This series is designed and developed for industries that need to precisely control changes in liquid or gas flow at any time.

This series is composed of PM controller + FC series Proportional Flow Control Valve. It input the analog signal of 0-10 V, 4-20 mA or RS485 Modbus to PM controller, and then control the stepping motor to drive the shaft core in FC series Proportional Flow Control Valve to move to reach the opening degree change of the internal opening of valve body. Whether it's flow control or liquid control, the flow rate can be presented perfectly linearly, and the flow rate can be controlled precisely and minutely, which helps to improve the performance of machine equipment.

All series of Proportional Flow Control Valve bodies are available in aluminum alloy and stainless steel, so they can all used in corrosive fluids.
