A pinnacle of engineering craftsmanship, the T-SERVO-ABS Torque-Type Pulse Servo System offers versatile position control with selectable modes: Full Servo / Dual Mode / Stepper / Closed-Loop Stepper. Paired with motors equipped with high-resolution optical encoders, users can choose the most suitable mode according to their application needs.
The “Dual Mode” allows seamless switching from closed-loop to open-loop control during low-speed operation, preventing oscillation at stop and reducing settling time, thereby improving production efficiency.
Additionally, the system features a high-speed position compare output function, capable of up to 990 times per second, making it ideal for line scan applications. Mode switching is instantaneous, providing optimal control for user equipment across a wide range of scenarios.
