【ISK - PEEK Engineered Plastic Bearings】
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a special engineered plastic with multiple outstanding properties, including high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, ease of processing, and high mechanical strength.
➤Polyether etherketone can be used at very high temperatures (+260°) and it shows an extraordinary mechanical strength, toughness, hardness, flexural strength, torsional strength, PEEK exhibits excellent chemical resistance, very good dielectric properties up to +260°C and a very good resistance to all kinds of radiation.
➤Furthermore, PEEK demonstrates outstanding heat resistance, maintaining stable shape at high temperatures, and excellent chemical stability. It exhibits superior dielectric properties before reaching 260°C and can withstand exposure to ionizing radiation (UV exposure may cause slight yellowing). Lmportantl it is self-extinguishing according to UL 94.
