Description
1. The BDP-1500 explosion-proof liquid filling machine is a fully customized product, designed according to customer needs by a professional filling machine manufacturer.
2. The control box has TS explosion-proof certification and is suitable for ZONE 1&2 and ZONE 21&22 hazardous locations. (Taiwan standard EX compatible)
3. 100% developed and manufactured in Taiwan, the weighing control indicator BDI-2006 can record 100 groups of data. Simply recall the corresponding group of the product to start one-day production.
4. The size of the customized scale platform is 1500cm × 1800cm, and the scale surface is made of stainless steel #316. It can directly place a 1000-liter chemical barrel (IBC barrel) or a pallet carrying four 53-gallon barrels.
5. Special barrel filling machine valve for liquids made of stainless steel #316, Teflon stainless steel wire braided pipe, with high acid and alkali resistance and anti-sticking properties.
6. Customize the filling valve swing arm and the forward and backward moving module to change the corresponding position of the barrel filling machine valve, which is suitable for one-time filling of 4 barrels and 53-gallon barrels on the pallet.
■Customer needs
1. Suitable for irritating or corrosive liquids, and some products are hazardous liquids.
2. No need conveyors, and the filling equipment can be used for 53-gallon barrels and 1000-liter IBC barrels. Transporting by fork lifter.
■Improve Efficiency
1. Supports both filling specifications of 53-gallon barrels and 1000-liter IBC barrels, and meets the limitations of customer-controlled work areas.
2. Depending on the characteristics of the customer's filling products, a 1,000-liter IBC barrel can fill up to 160 barrels a day, and a 53-gallon barrel can fill up to 720 barrels, which shortens production time and greatly increases output.
3. Improve product filling accuracy, ensure product shipping weight, maintain product quality consistency, and reduce after-sales communication costs.
4. The equipment complies with TS explosion-proof certification, which improves the safety of personnel and equipment and reduces the risk of loss in accidents.
