High Power Line Light

The high-power linear series light source is based on the standard linear light source but with increased power and enhanced thermal management to meet the demands of ultra-high-speed and ultra-high-brightness inspection requirements. It is applied in scanning detection systems to inspect object shapes or surface defects. This series utilizes High Power LEDs and incorporates a unique heat dissipation mechanism and self-developed optical focusing design, ensuring that the LEDs are not affected by heat-induced light decay and improving luminous efficiency to achieve optimal optical performance. As a result, the brightness of this series light source is more than four times that of standard linear light sources.
