This sensor combined two functions into one sensor perfectly. It benefit our customers for saving 60% on cost and save the time on installation and maintenance. EMA’s newly developed FL62 series combines temperature sensor and flow sensor in one unit for the concept of monitoring synchronously. This new products is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316L, which is resistant to acids and alkalis. Thus, it provides high strength, high hardness, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance to guarantee the sealing against the liquid. It can be widely used in electricity, sewage disposal, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, glass, cooling system, machinery and other industries.

The product has many outstanding features such as advanced intelligent system, setting the temperature range and switching point easily by users. The multi-colored LED bar plus three-digit monitor can display indication of the flow and temperature range as well as output signals separately. The size is the smallest and lightest. In addition, the circuit was upgraded to enhance the anti-interference ability and EMC level. There are two outputs: PNP or NPN, with overload, short circuit and reverse polarity power protection.

By Seal Plus structure technology, the protection rating is up to IP68 and the medium temperature can reach to 80 degrees. The temperature probe comes with temperature compensation, high temperature stability and time stability. In additional, there is Sanitary type Flow and Temperature sensor for your option. Thus, the medium temperature of FL33 Series is up to 95 degrees, and the protection can reach to IP69K. In line with the installation of the food or pharmaceutical processing equipment system, the sensor is fully enclosed waterproof anti-corrosion structure. Based on the application, it can be expanded to higher requirement industries such as medical, food and beverages industries.
