Deposited at low temperatures (600°C), with ultra-smooth surface (Ra 0.01 μm)
Features high hardness (Hv ~8500), low friction (<0.1), and excellent mold-release & chemical resistance
Applied to aluminum/copper molding tools, medical titanium parts, semiconductor cutting tools
