Description
The Elite force control collaborative robot integrates a self-developed six-axis force sensor at the tool end, offering more sensitive force feedback. This improves the accuracy of force/torque detection under acceleration, deceleration, and vibration conditions. The robot can be dragged with just 1~2N of external force, easily reaching the desired position point regardless of the weight of the tool, reducing the teaching workload and lowering the robot usage threshold, facilitating rapid application development. The CS66F offers a force/torque range of 150N and 10Nm, with a comprehensive accuracy of 2% and precision of 0.5%. Its collision detection sensitivity is better than 3N under full load, and it has an overload capacity of over 400%. Combined with complete force control commands and process packages, it significantly improves the accuracy and effectiveness of functions such as drag teaching, collision detection, load identification, assembly inspection, and polishing. It can perform precise operations on complex surfaces such as grinding and polishing, suitable for industries like 3C electronics, medical, semiconductor, and new energy.
