Description
The AL700 family of sensors employs a fixed-pitch technology based on the anisotropic magneto-resistive (AMR) effect. These sensors are designed to operate at a fixed pole pitch, which allows them to generate sine and cosine signals at the output. All sensors in the AL700 family feature PerfectWave technology, which provides extremely low harmonic output signals.
Furthermore, the PurePitch sensor design is predominantly implemented in the AL700 sensor family. This design allows the sensors to form an average value of the magnetic signals over several poles without delay or external calculation. This increases the accuracy of the sensor signals, as individual errors in the measuring scale have less influence.
The sensors are available in various processing forms.
