Description
There are no moving parts inside the vacuum side, a modular design that does not cause wear and maintenance. Vertical gate sealing surface reduces the risk of external foreign matter contamination. Modular maintenance-free product, guaranteed to last 1 million times. The gate sealing material is O-ring, which can save maintenance costs. It can be operated by a single cylinder, installed vertically, and can be independently used as a cavity module or installed separately. The valve opening is 1560x110mm and the valve port height can be customized within 65~200mm. The fixed valve port thickness is 160mm.
