ChatFile is a new type of Knowledge Management System (KMS) built using the document parsing technology of the Digiwin METIS platform. It integrates Microsoft's OpenAI GPT generative AI model, allowing users (enterprise employees) to quickly find answers from documents through conversational interactions.
The main difference from directly asking ChatGPT or providing content summaries is that all responses from ChatFile are based on the content of documents provided by the enterprise, ensuring accurate answers without the influence of large models. Additionally, all data in ChatFile is stored on Microsoft cloud or on-premises server, providing enhanced information security for enterprises.
