Wireless Vibration Sensing Analysis Module

TranzX's iVD (Intelligent Vibration Detector), a 3-axis high precision

vibration sensor module, uses a highly sensitive acceleration gauge

designed by MEMS IC and is installed on the device to collect the

frequency data of the object to be measured and output the waveform

of the 3-axis vibration simultaneously. Our customers can analyze

the status of the equipment. The log data collected by the customer

can be used for big data collection and as a tool for long-term

stability and process quality controller.



iVD module can be wired or wireless for real-time remote monitoring,

and can be connected online for customers to monitor equipment

status. It indirectly assists customers to achieve process and quality

management so that you can achieve the goal of Industry 4.0 and

AIoT.
