THERMOMARK E SERIES

The THERMOMARK E SERIES ensures greater efficiency in control cabinet building: Comprised of a thermal transfer roll printer and applicators, the modular system prints labels and applies them to cables and wires in an automated process. The THERMOMARK E.VARIO also marks terminal markers in continuous format and cuts them individually to the appropriate pitch. The combination of these process steps results in time savings of around 60%.

Automated printing and application of cable identifiers
The THERMOMARK E.WIRE applicator processes radially and axially movable cable markers. The weld seam ensures that the marker cannot come loose. The continuous format covers all diameters between 1.8 and 5.6 mm with just one material that is available in variable widths.

Automated printing and application of shrink sleeves
The THERMOMARK E.SLEEVE applicator processes shrink sleeves in continuous format and cuts them individually to the desired length. In addition, the applicator opens the individual shrink sleeve markers for easy sliding onto cylindrical bodies.

Automated printing and application of wrap-around labels
The THERMOMARK E.WRAP applicator automatically applies wrap-around labels to cylindrical bodies – with a consistently high quality. A protective laminate covers the printed surface to ensure a particularly resistant identification.

Print and cut terminal markers in continuous format
The THERMOMARK E.VARIO applicator marks entire terminal strips with just two materials in continuous format for tall and flat marking grooves. Due to the continuous format, all widths between 3.5 and 1,000 mm can be realized – regardless of the number of different pitches.
