AMR service robots, smart hotel service and delivery robots - Cheng Chengsong, self-service check-in

In 2026, Zoom In Science and Technology introduced a new series of service robot systems from Tongcheng Travel (stock code 0780.HK), a Hong Kong-listed company, including the "Chengcheng Smart Manufacturing" hotel delivery robot, the "Chengcheng Check-in" self-service check-in machine, a smart multilingual AI translation screen, a smart home TV, and an AI smart butler.

The "Chengcheng Delivery" robot features a double-compartment waterproof design with built-in ultraviolet disinfection. It can autonomously avoid obstacles and navigate elevators, delivering items discreetly, safely, and smoothly to guest room doors. It then calls the guest room to request pickup (or waits 5 minutes if the item is not picked up) before autonomously returning to its charging dock. Throughout this process, it autonomously avoids obstacles and independently completes guest room service, saving labor costs. This same delivery service logic can be extended to scenarios requiring "private" delivery services, such as office buildings, hospitals, nursing homes, and restaurants.

The "Cheng Cheng Zhu" self-service check-in machine allows guests with reservations or those checking in on short notice to simply present their passport, ID card, driver's license, or other valid identification. After identity verification and payment, the machine automatically dispenses a room key and invoice, completing the check-in process in just 30 seconds. Check-out is similar, significantly reducing check-in and check-out time, avoiding congestion during peak hours, improving customer service satisfaction, reducing front desk workload, allowing the front desk to focus on addressing customer needs, effectively managing customer flow, and improving service quality.
