RIOTEC to Showcase Barcode Scanning Solutions for High-Speed Production Lines and Equipment Integrat

RIOTEC Co., Ltd. will participate in Automation Taipei 2026 from August 19 to 22 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. At Booth R00-10 on the 4th floor of Hall 2, RIOTEC will showcase industrial fixed-mount barcode scanners, compact embedded scan engines and modules, and barcode scanning solutions designed for smart manufacturing and automated equipment.

Key exhibit highlights include:

• Barcode Scanning for High-Speed Production Lines
Fixed-mount solutions for production lines, conveyor systems, automated sorting equipment, and robotic workstations. Depending on the model and optical configuration, the scanners can support high-speed barcode capture, simultaneous reading of multiple codes, fine and high-density barcodes, long-range scanning, and direct part marking (DPM) applications.

• Compact Embedded Scan Engines and Modules
A range of sizes, mechanical designs, optical configurations, and communication interfaces is available for integration into AGVs and AMRs, self-service systems, automated machinery, test and inspection equipment, and other space-constrained terminals.

• Application Evaluation for Challenging Barcodes
For laser-marked DPM codes, low-contrast or small barcodes, high-speed applications, and codes with inconsistent quality, RIOTEC can conduct application-specific testing based on actual barcode samples and operating conditions. Factors such as reading distance, movement speed, illumination, mounting angle, and available installation space can be evaluated to identify a suitable scanner and optical configuration.

Selected industrial models feature IP65-rated protection, metal enclosures, and multiple communication interfaces to support extended operation, dusty environments, and integration with different control systems.
