Harbor Unveils Harbor AI 2.0 and Multi-Modal AI Inspection at Automation Taipei 2026

Harbor Technology Solutions will exhibit at the Automation Taipei 2026, booths S022 and S023, showcasing two new products: Harbor AI 2.0, its next-generation AI decision-governance platform, and the Multi-Modal AI Sensing Inspection Solution.

Sudden equipment failure and unplanned downtime are among the most costly problems a factory can face — disrupting schedules, driving up repair costs, and risking missed orders. Harbor AI 2.0 was built to solve exactly this problem: it monitors equipment around the clock and flags issues before they become failures, giving factories time to plan repairs instead of scrambling after a breakdown. With Harbor AI 2.0, "unexpected downtime" becomes something factories can predict and schedule.

That's why Harbor AI 2.0 includes a built-in AI Q&A feature: staff can simply ask, in plain language, questions like "why did this machine alarm yesterday" or "how often has this issue happened before," and get an immediate answer pulled straight from the equipment's history — no reports to dig through, no waiting on an engineer. Data that once required technical expertise to interpret is now something anyone on the floor can just ask about.

Also debuting at the show, the Multi-Modal AI Sensing Inspection Solution combines four sensing modules — Vibration Guard, Power Guard, Sound Guard, and Vision Guard. A single sensor only sees one side of a problem, which can lead to false or missed readings. By tracking vibration, power, sound, and visual data at the same time, the solution lets different signals cross-check each other, giving a more accurate picture of equipment health and catching issues that a single indicator alone would miss.
