JYTC team up with Mettler Toledo for The AI Intelligence Laboratory of Semiconductor

In response to the rapid development of AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and advanced semiconductor processes, laboratories are moving toward intelligence, automation, and data integration. King Yuan Technology will, during the Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition in August 2026, collaborate with the global precision measurement leader Mettler Toledo to showcase smart laboratory automation solutions centered on the Meca500 precision robotic arm, laboratory analytical instruments, and the LabX data management platform.

JYTC , a Taiwan industrial automation integrator, represents Canada’s Mecademic Meca500 ultra-precision six-axis robotic arm. Known for its compact size, high repeatability, and ease of integration, it can be applied in semiconductors, precision manufacturing, and laboratory automation to help enterprises enhance safety, production efficiency, and intelligence capabilities.

The demonstration will focus on "safety, precision, efficiency, and data integration," significantly reducing personnel exposure to high-risk chemicals, minimizing human error, improving analytical consistency, and supporting 24/7 unmanned operation. It assists in comprehensively enhancing efficiency in semiconductor R&D, process monitoring, and quality management. Additionally, digital management establishes centralized data management, electronic records, and complete audit trails, improving data integrity and management efficiency.

The on-site exhibition will feature analytical instruments including balances, pH/conductivity meters, and titration equipment, integrated with the LabX platform to complete equipment control, electronic records, and full audit tracking. This constructs a one-stop smart laboratory that meets future demands, helping enterprises accelerate digital transformation, improve process quality, and enhance international competitiveness.
