General manager Cai Chengyu said that samick is a global electric cylinder and pneumatic component. It is a first-tier manufacturer with Japan's THK and Taiwan's Shanghai Banking Corporation. The relationship between Yuxing and samick is both a sales partner and a customer.
But the ambition goes beyond that, and it actively assists Taiwan's automation component factories to expand export sales.
Since its establishment in 2002, it has gone from sales to research and development and launching its own products. This road has been going for many years, and it is getting smoother and smoother.

Cai Chengyu said that the accuracy of polygonal guide pillars of 0.1um is much higher than that of circular molds of 10um. Polygonal guide pillar mold bases and stamping tables are Yuxing's iconic products, with wide applicability and long life.
Traditional round molds usually need to be repaired every 3 to 6 months due to large-volume stamping. Polygonal guide pillar mold bases can last for more than a year, and even do not need to be repaired at all. For stamping plants that require 24-hour continuous production, they can be used to their full potential. effect. Manufactured using Samick's precision technology, it sells for hundreds of thousands of yuan. Large manufacturers purchase more than a hundred units, bringing in tens of millions of sales every year.
Domestic customers who value stamping technology all know Yuxing. Cai Chengyu said that quality and performance are the best marketing. When customers see perfect sections cut out of materials that cannot be punched, they all place orders and are in urgent demand.

Cai Chengyu attended the German Environmental Protection Industry Exhibition in June, met with major German crusher manufacturers such as HAMMEL and LINDNER, and signed back the agency rights for a cleaning system for recycled PET bottle flakes, which is used for PP and PET bottle recycling cleaning and laser spectrum color separation.
In response to environmental protection and circular economy, major international brand manufacturers mix a certain proportion of recycled materials into new materials to make clothes and sports shoes. The market is in short supply, but washing the recycled bottles and meeting the required cleaning standards is the biggest problem.
This cleaning system has a laser spectrum color separation function that can accurately classify PET recycled bottle flakes of different materials, and meets the cleanliness standards of world-class manufacturers. In the eyes of resource recycling industry, it is also a highly efficient processing tool.
