Best Managed Companies Award 2026: Schmersal Honored with Gold Status

K.A. Schmersal GmbH & Co. KG has once again been honored with the “Best Managed Companies Award.” This marks the fourth time the company has been recognized in the prestigious competition, and it has now achieved Gold Status, the quality seal awarded to exceptionally well-managed companies.

The award is presented by Deloitte Private, UBS Group, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.), and the Federation of German Industries (BDI), and it recognizes medium-sized companies that excel particularly in the areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, as well as governance and finance.

Continuous excellence as a key success factor
The renewed recognition highlights the ongoing development of K.A. Schmersal GmbH & Co. KG in key management and leadership processes. The evaluation is based on a multi-stage selection process involving a written analysis, intensive coaching sessions, and in-depth interviews, which are assessed by an independent expert jury from academia and business practice.
