HiGee Tech Company collaborated with the University of Science and Technology of Beijing's AI Application Development Industry-Academia Alliance to develop the "AI-Based Intelligent Liquid Replenishment Monitoring and Management System for CNC Tool Machines." Leveraging cloud-based analytics and automated control, the system ensures stable operation of water-based cutting fluids in CNC machines. Maintenance tasks such as maintaining liquid concentration and level are performed through AI-powered analysis, reducing labor requirements and time spent on upkeep while enhancing machine availability and productivity.
