High-Resolution Visual Display for Clear, Critical Readouts

As measurement technologies evolve, high-precision data requires equally accurate displays. The IA10 is equipped with a high-resolution analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and both the main and secondary displays support 5-digit readouts with up to 4 decimal places, allowing it to capture even the smallest signal changes. A high-brightness, tri-color LCD backlight enhances data visibility and delivers immediate, intuitive visual alerts on-site.

Advanced Alarm Management for Process Safety

The IA10 supports up to 5 independent alarm outputs and 6 event input controls, offering flexible and reliable alarm management for various abnormal conditions. Each alarm output includes a dedicated relay, allowing easy integration with warning lights, buzzers, or safety interlocks—greatly enhancing safety and responsiveness in critical environments.

Signal Retransmission + Standard Communication for Seamless Integration

IA10 supports up to 3 optional analog retransmission outputs, allowing raw or calculated data to be sent to external devices for broader system integration. Built-in RS485 communication with Modbus RTU protocol ensures fast and seamless connection with systems such as PLC, HMI, and SCADA.IA10 is the smart, efficient choice for streamlining automation deployment and expanding connectivity.

Dual-Channel Input Design for Versatile Sensor Integration

• Channel 1: The primary input channel supports a wide range of temperature inputs including TC (thermocouple) and RTD (resistance temperature detector), as well as linear signals.
• Channel 2: Dedicated to linear signals, ideal for energy management, equipment monitoring, and environmental control applications.

This dual-channel architecture offers enhanced flexibility and scalability for complex monitoring systems.

Real-Time Arithmetic Operations for Greater Flexibility

The IA10 goes beyond data display by supporting real-time arithmetic operations—addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division—between both input channels. Results can be displayed on either the main or secondary display, or retransmitted to external devices such as PLCs or data loggers.
Additional intelligent functions include:

• EI Force Mode: Forces Channel 1 to display either its maximum value or zero.
• Low Cut Setting: Automatically displays zero when input falls below a defined threshold.
