MicNano Photronic & Mechatronic Drives Co., Ltd. specializes in providing various servo linear actuator solutions, dedicated to offering nanopositioning stages and micro-positioning linear actuators. We provide customized adjustments and designs based on customer needs, achieving the most compact, and high-precision, high-efficiency transmission methods for various applications.

We primarily integrate German FAULHABER micro servo motors, German DUNKERMOTOREN servo motors, Swedish PIEZOMOTOR, Japanese precision ball screws, American miniature lead screws, and Taiwanese ball screws to meet various accuracy and cost considerations.

Nanopositioning Products

• Piezo Stage

Piezo Stage with Nanopositioning: Capable of a maximum travel range of 70 mm, it integrates high-precision linear guides and optical scales, providing an easy installation interface. Paired with a dedicated controller, it allows for closed-loop micropositioning and extremely fast response control.

• Piezo Motor

The Swedish PiezoMotor features a patent “Piezo LEG Technology” which can achieve a displacement of over 50 mm in stroke. Piezo motor has a compact design which fits perfectly in various linear transmission designs, leveraging the piezo motor's characteristics for Nanopositioning. Additionally, there are specially designed vacuum and non-magnetic versions to meet the needs of special environments. Paired with a dedicated controller, it allows for closed-loop micropositioning and extremely fast response control.

• DMLA Series

Direct Drive Motor Screws: These are integrated with German FAULHABER micro servo motors and stepper motors, using ultra-small pitch for micro-feed, providing the smallest size and easy installation interface, saving space for couplings and fixtures.

• MLA / MLAG Series

Direct Drive Motor Ball Screws: Featuring German FAULHABER linear actuators with gear servo motors, combined with high-precision ball screws, they deliver maximum thrust in the smallest space, achieving high repeatability and positioning accuracy. The coreless motor structure allows for extremely fast acceleration and deceleration, as well as high-speed operation. The direct-drive design maximizes thrust in the smallest space.
