QEC-M-070T/090T: Features TFT LCD, LVGL, open-source software, and multiple communication protocols.

QEC-M-070T and QEC-M-090T EtherCAT MDevice, equipped with 7-inch and 9-inch TFT LCD screens and integrated with the advanced LVGL graphics library, providing an intuitive and responsive user interface. Powered by the Vortex86EX2 two-independent-cores, not only does it ensure efficient computing power, but it also guarantees the real-time performance of the EtherCAT system, meeting the strictest industrial application requirements.

The QEC-M series supports open-source software and graphical development tools, helping software engineers efficiently complete development workflows—from real-time monitoring to data analysis—while significantly simplifying the process and reducing time-to-market. Additionally, with support for various industrial communication protocols and a reliable 2G SLC eMMC storage solution, the system can be integrated with external AI software to convert power consumption into carbon footprint metrics, thereby improving on-site control processes.

The newly launched QEC-M-070T and QEC-M-090T offer the following five key features:

1. Dedicated CPU core runs EtherCAT MDevice, supporting up to 128 axes of motion control and communication protocols such as PDO, CoE, FoE, DC, and CiA402.

2. Precise synchronization capabilities (with a minimum update cycle of 125μs )and <1μs jitter when using 86Duino IDE.

3. The graphical tools within the 86Duino IDE, including the EtherCAT configurator, HMI editor, and ArduBlock tool,  shortening the development cycle.

4. Three LAN ports (including EtherCAT redundancy) and multiple complete connectivity interfaces, such as USB, GPIO, CAN, and RS232/485.

5. 7-inch and 9-inch resistive touchscreen displays, operating temperature range from -20 to +70°C, with an option for -40 to +85°C.

QEC-M-070T and QEC-M-090T MDevice stations combine the powerful bus capabilities of EtherCAT with the hardware performance of ICOP PPC and the flexible software development environment of the 86Duino IDE to provide a comprehensive solution for the industrial automation field.
