Automatic Dyestuff Weighing System

This system is designed with a high-precision dye measurement system, the independent dye box module automatic storage management concept combined with the patented open vibration mode, with multiple sets of high-precision electronic balances and measurement data feedback control, provides automatic powder dye measurement function, solves manual weighing errors, Issues such as time-consuming ingredients. The system consists of multiple 90L dye box modules located in a storage structure. The system is capable of storing up to 160 dye stuff modules. A dedicated weighing station is provided solely for refilling these dye stuff modules. As and when required individual dye modules are automatically transferred to one of two weighing stations. These stations are equipped with our patented high-efficiency vibration distribution device, with 2 sets of high accuracy electronic balances for fast and accurate dye measurement. A separate 900L dye box large module is used for large volume weighing. All movement is controlled by a rail guided vehicle (RGV) ensuring correct dye stuff selection, transportation and storage identification. A high-efficiency filtration vacuum device ensures maximum safety and a clean working environment.
