Description
KITOV CORE PLUS system is a ready-to-use visual inspection solution that combines traditional machine vision techniques, including automated lighting control, deep learning, 2D/3D imaging, and intelligent robotic planning. The system comes with high-speed, 6-degrees robotic arm and a rotating table to increase inspection and speed reach. The system inspects parts up to 800mm in diameter, 500mm height and 40Kg in weight. It comes with KITOV software which makes it easy to set a new inspection plan from either CAD files or 3D scans, and then enhancing traditional 2D/3D machine vision solutions with the power of artificial intelligence/deep learning (AI/DL) to defect manufacturing defects. Kitov’s CAD2SCAN capability makes it easy to set a new inspection plan from either CAD files or 3D object scans.
